We will spend a great deal of time working with our owners and architects doing in-depth plan, schedule and cost reviews.
The Clara Vista Townhomes project was the first residential LEED project completed in the Western United States, and was awarded the Silver Certification. As an Earth Advantage Certified Builder, Seabold Construction Co., Inc. is at the forefront of Green and Sustainable construction practices and technologies; utilizing recommended materials and systems on a number of projects. We have worked closely with the Portland Development Commission (PDC) and the City of Portland on their Green Building Initiative and incorporate many of their requirements into our projects.
Seabold Construction Company, Inc. was founded as a family-owned general contracting company in December, 1984. The principals included Harry C. Seabold, Sr., Stephen C. Seabold, and Harry W. Seabold. These family members brought together over 60 years of combined experience in the multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail construction markets. With Steve's retirement in 2015 Harry assumed ownership and is now President with Hailey Owens as Secretary. Hailey is a 3rd generation "Seabold". For 35 years Seabold Construction has achieved steady growth and is an established organization with a careful eye on planning, progressive management, and a commitment to partnering with our clients.
