When a client hires CP&A for the full project, they're hired the architect and the interior designer, all-inclusive. It's not sourced out. Interior design services include ongoing consultations, space planning, final selection of furniture, finishes and lighting. They approach interior design from a "holistic" approach - looking at the whole space, in, out, flow patterns, elevations, building materials, common areas, the history of the building or the space, lighting, etc. CP&A addresses things that an interior designer might not address because they have not been trained that way.
