ZMM has maintained a diverse portfolio since the founding of the firm. Early commissions included higher education projects for West Virginia University and Concord College, State Office Buildings 5, 6, & 7 on the State of West Virginia Capitol Campus, and armories for the West Virginia Army National Guard. Maintaining a diverse practice for over 60 years has provided ZMM with extensive experience in a variety of building types, including educational facilities, governmental facilities (military, justice, correctional), healthcare facilities, recreation facilities, commercial office space, light industrial facilities, and multi-unit residential buildings.
