Stopped in without an appointment and Greg Lucas spent a good amount of time explaining the pro's and con's of electric vs. gas fireplace inserts. He also demonstrated the various models they had in the store, which were many. Greg also sent me home with more websites to research what I might want as well as some handouts. He was very knowledgeable and I feel like I am much more able to make an informed decision.
I will definitely come back to this store to make my purchase because of great customer service! Thanks Greg!

Absolutely excellent advice and expertise helping me with the purchase of my new smoker. First time I’ve ever had someone not try to upswell me but listen to my needs and offered advice on the best choices for me with what they provide. Then after sell the staff noticed a blemish while loading and immediately started to work a solution to the issue and sent me home with extras to accommodate the issues and inconvenience. That’s customer first and local business at its finest. I will absolutely be back for future business.

Exceptional customer service received. I dealt with Tyler for repairing refractory panels in my home fireplace. He navigated me through the process of acquiring the panels with a great sense of customer concern. I ended up spending less because of his diligent efforts in working a solution for my needs. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an exceptional customer service experience. Follow on assistance for a mesh fireplace screen was handled exceptionally as well in addition to a package price at 1/2 that of internet pricing. It is refreshing to experience good people working hard for the customer without attitude. I wish all businesses had employees with such great respect for their customers!!

Wow are these guys helpful! Twice in the last few weeks I've called about getting a relatively new outdoor gas fireplace to work, a system that they didn't sell it to us, nor did they do the installation. A guy named Greg has taken my call both times and spent 10-15 minutes with me trouble-shooting the problem and giving me tons of great advice. This would be impressive even if we'd bought it there or he knew me, but I'm just some guy on the phone and he still does everything he can to help me. He even suggested I give him a call next time I'm working on it and he'll walk me through a checklist.
I don't know if I need anything that they sell, but I will absolutely be visiting their store soon and give them as much business as I can. This kind of customer service is not just rare, it's obsolete - or so I thought!

I purchased a LP Gas insert. Very very expensive unit. Worked great for one year. Now has trouble lighting. I’ve called to get service with several dead ends. I’ve sent pictures of unit. Tried to send me elsewhere for service and when I asked if they could fix the problem at there convenience when they were near my home I still haven’t gotten anywhere. Highly recommend going elsewhere especially after spending $8,000.00 with this business.

We purchased a Jotul stove from the fireplace and patio shop. Kerry came and installed it today and we couldn't be happier. He and his coworker were without a doubt the most professional people we have ever had out to our home. They treated our house as they would have their own and were very curtious along the way. The cost was well worth it, I'm so glad we went with a good stove and a reputatable company. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
