We had a falling down, old deck attached to our split level house - and Alex and his team built us the deck of our dreams. Alex was so responsive and funny and nice and professional- we knew he was the right person for the job! Couldn’t be happier with how the deck, under decking and the bar his team built makes our back yard look like a resort!!

I’ve worked with Alex over the spring on a condo renovation for an investment property. Alex is very personable, responsive/communicative, and flexible. He was willing to adjust the scope of work and pricing to meet my needs and was able to initiate work promptly despite a very busy schedule (everyone knows the hone buying and renovation market is nuts right now). From the first time meeting Alex he made us feel comfortable and listened to all of our wishes. He reassured us that he and his team would do whatever it took to meet our expectations and they did just that and more. Everything we ever wanted, Window and Door Outlet made happen. Our job was a big job, we gutted and redid two bathrooms, the kitchen and put an addition on. Alex and all the guys from Window and Door Outlet became like family. Every member of the team is extremely friendly and hard working. Jose, the lead carpenter is the best and can do just about anything. Alex always guarantees his work and truly cares about his customers. Even after the job was finished and small adjustments needed to be made, Alex and Jose came back to make things right. We couldn’t be happier with Alex and Window and Door Outlet and we know we can call on them for anything!

Mike Mayo and his team were amazing to work with. They were on time each day, and our project took exactly the amount of time they estimated it would take. Mike came in and checked on his team each day as they were working. His team was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my house. They were neat, and made every effort to minimize mess/disruption to my home/family during this project. Mike answered each of my questions along the way, walking me through my entire project. One afternoon he even met me at Lowes to teach me about how to select cabinets, tub drains, faucets, etc. Mike provided me with the kind of technical guidance I needed in updating our bathroom. After the job was done, I had to ask Mike to come back and tweak a few things. Without hesitation, his team was back to fine tune every detail, until I was 100% satisfied. In today's world, this is rare indeed. He worked with my budget and helped me to create a bathroom that I will love for the rest of my days! I'm very thankful to this company and to Mike Mayo!
