Wyatt specializes in the application of spray-on fireproofing materials that meet specific fireproofing requirements for various types of structures. Depending on the building type and its intended use, code authorities such as the IBC, UBC, SBC and BOCA will determine if sprayed fireproofing is required for a particular project.
Wyatt is one of the few interior construction contractors who craft and install their own millwork. We "factory finish" our work in controlled conditions at our state-of-the-art woodworking millshop (a 100,000 square foot facility in Monessen, PA) to meet the quality standards of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI).
