Raindrop Roofing and Lee, our sales person, go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Lee originally bid on my roof a while back and I selected Raindrop due to the competitive bid, solid customer service/ friendliness of Lee, and excellent online presence on Angie's List. They had quite a backlog of projects and due to poor weather my project was scheduled a ways out. But in a few days they are going to be installing a new roof. Lee called me up and let me know that part of the bid wasn't priced correctly and that the job should be a bit more. Rather than making me pay some or all of the cost for issues with the original bid he said Raindrop will stay true to its word and the project is on for the original contracted bid price. This was obviously good news to hear but it wasn't the first time I have experienced a customer-centri c experience with Raindrop. Their front desk person and operations manager have been incredibly responsive, caring, and thorough. I'll post again next week once the roof is done but for now I can say Raindrop stands by there word, are fair, and have been a pleasure to work with so far. If the roofers do a similar job as their front-end people this company has the golden ticket.
Our experience with Raindrop Roofing was excellent! We got 10 bids for our home - we have a ranch and it's a lot of roof! Raindrop was in the middle range and their representative impressed us. Everything was done on time, professionally and the crew was very responsible and careful with our plantings and property. They finished today and it's just starting to rain. We got lucky! While I probably should wait to make sure the job they did was perfect, I'm 100% sure they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has to have a new roof installed!
