Spencer LLC was organized in Washington State in 2005 to take advantage of a major strategic blind spot in the kitchen cabinet industry. We are uniquely capable of successfully competing in a regional marketplace consisting of large national manufacturers, big box stores, small local cabinet shops, and everything in between. We have steadily grown and steadily created jobs since our founding, even throughout the Recession years. In fact, we have been in the top 10 fastest growing cabinet companies in North America as tracked by the KCMA.
Notice the wainscot corner legs — I personally made those. The horizontal lines line up with those of the doors and drawers (as do all our wainscots). Sometimes it's hard to put your finger on why some kitchens look and feel better than others, but it's usually a result of touches like these. Quarter Sawn White Oak wet bar just outside the kitchen (in the back of the Great room) features factory shock-mounted glass doors with wood glass stop moulding, tons of storage, a white wine rack, and an outside corner bar sink.

As with anything else, trends change when it comes to kitchen and bath design. One reason people choose to work with Spencer for their new cabinetry design and build is the insight we’re able to provide regarding current trends in the cabinet industry.
This sharp-looking kitchen is the essence of current trends with lots of painted surfaces: White-painted Maple for the perimeter cabinets, a Cape May Cobblestone Grey-painted Maple island, and Rift-Sawn White Oak floating shelves stained our venerable Spencer Hickory stain for interest.
