I know it's been said before, but if we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!! From our first phone call with the office, everyone has been very helpful in our process of having new windows installed. Gary was absolutely fantastic - on time for our appointment, completely prepared to answer all of our questions and concerns, extremely knowledgeable of the product they sell. I wish more companies had this type of customer service and care!

Brothers has been a good company for me for years they replace my windows and the problems I've had they've always been responsive of it I highly recommend them brandon was an excellent representative he helped me decide on what windows I needed and the best value I highly recommend him and I really trust brandon as sells persons he did excellent job take a good look at this company I highly recommend and Brandon was the best I use Brothers on all my windows an all my homes thank you Brothers windows keep up the great work

We had family members that used Brothers home-improvement windows and we're very happy with the service and the product. We contacted them about the six windows we need replaced in our sunroom. From start to finish we were so happy we went with them because they were courteous and informative and cautious.The person that did our windows was so professional in the whole process I could not have asked for anyone better. I've had about (5) different window contractors over my house to assess and provide me with a cost. Gary with Brothers Home Improvement was by far the most professional and informative. He not only showed us the windows that will be installed, he demonstrated the difference between my current windows and the brand of windows that Brother will install by going around my house with a heat lamp.
Although I haven't had the windows installed yet; the product, presentation, professionalism, and quick response time that Gary showed my wife and myself are what ensured we signed up with Brother's over the other (4) window contractors.

I couldn't have asked for a better team from start to finish. I got a few estimates from various well known window companies and they were not the lowest bidder but I went with them because I felt comfortable with them. There's no doubt, they do know what they are doing and they are doing it right.
My Sales Rep was Drew. He was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with him immediately.
Final measure was Glenn, another great team player. We went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and he explained every detail to me.
On install day, the crew came a little earlier but I appreciated that very much. The day started with Ryan and Wesley. Both very professional , courteous, and very respectful. They wore masks all day. They cleaned and vacuumed every step of the way. I think they left my house cleaner than before they started. Midday Julio joined them. Another good guy.
All three were very good at their craft.
I highly recommend Brother's Home Improvement for all your window replacement needs.

I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS. Look at the difference in these before and after! The installation team was literally here at 8:30 am on time and done installing 7 windows by 1 PM. They put down tarps and were super professional. The best $6,000 investment in our home! Thank you Brandon for getting us going. We were in constant communication and the paperworks were very transparent. Would go back again!

We got the recommendation from another window company who mentioned these guys were the best at retrofitting, which is what we were doing.
It was an easy process - first they came out and showed me a sample window. We went through the specs, sizing, finish, outside trim, laminate versus none, etc. All informative, and didn't even hear about the laminate option from the previous quote, so that was great. We also found out they could do trim, so we added that in as well. We went with Simonton, which offers a great warranty on their windows.
Then someone else came to do the final measurements, to ensure the windows fit. Then the windows were ordered.
After getting an arrival date on the windows, we scheduled installation. There were 10 windows (on a single story home), and they scheduled us for 2 days.
Day 1, the team came out and in no time had the windows replaced. Then they spent the rest of the day and the 2nd day doing the trim.
Would highly recommend Brothers - everyone that I met was excellent, responsive, and knowledgeable!

I decided to do my due diligence and spent several weekends getting quotes from 8 window companies on the peninsula. Some of the representatives acted like I was in the wrong for not saying "yes" right away to their quotes, and for telling them I was talking to multiple companies. This offended me; I am a female civil engineer and I know that you need to meet with multiple contractors to select the right one and obtain a decent quote.
When my representative at Brothers came over, I had just finished with one of the more offended window companies. The Brothers representative was truly down-to-earth, respectful of my ability to understand construction jargon, so I decided to ask his opinion on some of the other companies that had come by. He gave me his honest feedback, and he was a pro at not formally attacking the other companies.
I was even more excited when I received the quote, it was by far the best quote and below my budget. Since it was below budget, I paid extra for more sound-proofing (I live next to our complex's pool, which is loud in the summer months), and added more windows-I ended up replacing over 20 windows on my townhome (end unit, 3 sides). There were some issues (mostly a miscommunication between manufacturer and Brothers), but Brothers was professional throughout and would not take the final payment until all issues were resolved and the City permit obtained. In fact, to resolve a calculation error, they paid for the difference in higher quality windows that had to be installed.
I am 100% happy with my selection of Brothers, and will highly recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.
