Prescott began his home building career in 1990 in Telluride, Colorado. Over the course of 17 years in Colorado he worked with some of the finest craftsman in Colorado, developing skills in Concrete/Steel/Roofing/Framing/Siding/ and interior and exterior Trim work. In 2001 he founded bluebird builders focusing on custom homes in the Telluride area with the goal of providing efficient, quality, and sustainable homes. Orcas has been a wonderful place to build, its natural settings and exceptional light complement the structures being built.
