Founded in 1990, the Cascade Joinery has provided finely crafted heavy timber packages, integrating custom steel elements for a wide range of structures, commercial, residential and municipal since that time. We're fortunate to have spent these years working with creative design teams and accomplished builders on wonderful buildings in many beautiful locations. We can interface with your design team on a variety of 2-D and 3-D CAD platforms to provide preconstruction consulting, specialized timber engineering, connection detail design advice, guidance for timber specifications, and suggestions for value engineering.

Together, we create extraordinary buildings. For over 27 years the Cascade Joinery has been a key team member for residential projects, churches, community centers, retail establishments, restaurants, office buildings, public pavilions and garden structures. We have worked with architectural firms on challenging timber buildings throughout North America and know that contemporary timber buildings require integration of multiple structural systems. Communication is the key to success. Our proficiency in timber framing is backed by our engineering and project management expertise, and our understanding of the full building process fuels our collaborative successes.

The Cascade Joinery is a trusted partner for heavy timber fabrication and installation. We know that successful projects require much more than craftsmanship. That's why each project has a dedicated project manager who coordinates fabrication, preparations, shipping, equipment procurement, and installation of timberwork. When our part of the project is complete, Cascade Joinery project managers continue to serve as a resource for questions about integration or finishing. In addition to fabrication and installation, we offer pre-design timber consulting services as well as architectural design and structural engineering.

Cascade Joinery is a small company with a 'big' footprint. If you value authenticity, believe in craft, and want the enjoyment of working at the highest level, you may be a good fit with us.
