After serving a successful apprenticeship in the building trades in his native England, and years of building houses and various structures in the British Isles, James decided to emigrate to the United States. He applied his building knowledge and trade first on the East coast, primarily in Pennsylvannia and New York, before establishing Master Masonry Concrete Construction in Los Angeles in 1994 immediately following the Northridge earthquake. Our highly-skilled workforce have completed hundreds of projects over the years, including new commercial and industrial construction, building structural concrete and structural CMU buildings for various companies.
