Our Broomfield, Colorado office has recently been contacted for a new, ground up commercial building, in the surrounding area of Denver. The site is about a one-acre parcel of land that is relatively flat and lies adjacent to a secondary highway, providing vehicular accessibility and visibility, to the new building. Future growth and building expansion will be delineated and accommodated for in our master planning design considerations. This is reflected in the building footprint location (NW corner of the site), as well as with existing and future parking lot layout in our site planning.
Mr. Shaw is the firm's principle licensed General Contractor, with three decades of residential and light commercial construction experience. His highly professional way of doing business is based on core values of upmost integrity, clear communication and an efficient/energetic construction pace, with sincere concern for his Client's best interests, as priority. Barry started out as a young carpenter with his bags on, constructing homes and light commercial projects of all sizes, as well as participation with the many other Trades needed to complete a building.

Mr. Shaw's varied custom home design talents include: Contemporary, Modern, Mediterranean, Cape Cod, Italian Renaissance, Asian Revival, Tudor, or simply your choice of design. The integrity of your home design/construction is ensured by Mr. Shaw's personal administration of the entire construction process, on the job site. This includes direct coordination with all subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors, and Client walk-throughs.
