Students who train at High Steel University can find the welding careers they have been looking for. Sam and Logan explain what they have learned and how they're applying it in their jobs at High Steel Structures. In recognition of National EMS Week, Lancaster EMS first responders received artisanal meals from none other than Chef Ryan McQuillan, head chef of Lancaster's Plough restaurant, courtesy of the High companies. Drivers from High Associates Ltd., in High's signature red and yellow vans, delivered nearly 100 of Chef Ryan's meals in box lunches to Lancaster EMS members throughout Lancaster County.

Sanford H. High founded High Welding Company in 1931 with a keen focus on innovation and serving his customers - and serving them well. This came to be known as The High Way. Today, as the High Family transitions from second- to third-generation ownership and leadership, Sanford High's founding principles permeate the High companies and The High Way continues to be the guiding force behind the companies' growth as they serve their customers and continue to be innovative leaders. The High Family Council provides current and future ownership direction to the High companies with support from two Boards of Directors and an Executive Committee.
