Phil Cooper Sr. started Parking Lot Services over 30 years ago, with a rusted out pick-up truck & a striping machine. He worked nights & weekends building his own small business while working full time for a larger paving company. Now managed by Kaplan Paving, Parking Lot Services Maintenance Co. serves McHenry, Kane, Lake & Boone counties in Illinois. In 2005, we were named by Pavement Magazine as one of the "Top 100 Sealcoating Contractors in the USA". We also were named Brewer company "Contractor of the Year" in 2005.
