Banks built our our pool and opened it last year. This year, I set a date to have it opened this coming Monday the 14th. I was told by Banks that it didn't need acid washed since it was a new pool last year. I got a call today that before they come Monday to 'open' it, we need to have the water at a specified level and that tho they were opening it, it would be $90 additional for them to remove the pool cover. And though they are 'opening it' Monday, we would actually need to pay an extra $250 for them to come back 3 to 4 business days later, for them to actually clean it in prep for it to actually be opened.and that it would take 2 or 3 weeks until it would be stabilized and ready to use. Really? We've had 3 different saltwater pools over the last 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. What is happening
