In order to simplify the application process, the Design Committee has approved the following products for installation in all single family subdivisions with shingle roofing. You may use the contractor of your choice; several sell these products. The application form for products listed here is simplified and you are not required to submit samples. If you prefer to use another product or live in Summerhill or Trovare, you may submit a general application to the Design Committee for consideration.
