Energy Insight personnel participate in dozens of conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings, and webinars each year to gain knowledge and ideas that will help our customers and the businesses and individuals they serve. In 2018, staff devoted nearly 2,250 hours to professional development and training events. These trainings covered a variety of industry topics to help Energy Insight stay up-to-date on codes, markets, and technologies. They also strengthened professional skills in project management, achieving objectives, effective leadership, and team building-assets that are important in meeting the expectations of customers.
