Tooling Dynamics is the world's leader in designing and manufacturing custom-stamped interconnects and busbars. Our products are used in the most efficient solar panels in the world. Our experienced team of toolmakers and engineers is ready to help you design, develop, and produce components that will increase panel efficiency and value. With over 80 presses in our 80,000 square foot facility, Tooling Dynamics has the capacity and flexibility to accommodate any job. Our custom low-cost quick-to-market modular die sets help our customers shorten lead times and reduce costs.

Tooling Dynamics' 10,000-hour state-approved Tool & Die Apprenticeship Program gives our employees an opportunity to develop their talents and grow within the company. We have 4 apprentices in the program at all times. Training involves wire machine basics, die building, development, precision grinding, milling, maintenance, and Swiss screw machine basics. The hands-on, 5-year course requires a minimum of 144 hours per year in the classroom. Upon graduation, apprentices join our growing staff of more than 40 toolmakers and are fully prepared to handle the most demanding jobs in the industry.
