Chip Carpenter is an expert of real estate/estate auctions specializing in residential, farms, recreational, commercial and estate properties. As a lifelong resident of Sunbury, Ohio; Chip and a full advertising and marketing team provide an extensive knowledge of the Central Ohio market. Chip is a graduate of Big Walnut High School (1983), the Missouri Auction School (1983) and Wilmington College (1987) with a bachelor's degree in agriculture. In 1984, Chip started as a licensed auctioneer before being licensed as an agent in 1987.
