Haas Cabinet is a family-owned business which proudly provides American manufacturing jobs. We've been around for three generations and we plan to be around for many more. That's why our company is serious about sustainable business practices that protect and improve the environment. Haas Cabinet has one goal - to responsibly provide the finest value in kitchen cabinetry. Already a skilled craftsman, Carlos Haas ("the Colonel") began building cabinets as a hobby in a barn on his southern Indiana farm in 1939.

Red oak is a very strong, open-grained wood that ranges in color from salmon-pink to almost white. Oak is the most used wood in the manufacturing of cabinets and fine furniture and is considered the standard of wooden products. Specifications and product offered may change without notice. STANDARD stained products are the result of highly pigmented stains applied using automated finish equipment. After the stain is applied, it is hand wiped to enhance the natural beauty of wood. Two coats of ultra-violet cured, clear topcoat material provides a long-lasting, environmentally friendly finish. Accent glazes are also available on most door styles of standard stained finishes to provide a distinctive look. DISTRESSED FEATURES involve several distinctive, hand-applied, finish steps. The wood is physically distressed through excess sanding, random moderate denting, and false splits placed in some wood grains.
