To appreciate our firm and its dynamic, one has to look back to 1984 when Mike McCadden and Ted Carpenter started working together at a small defense firm in Media, PA. Ted was a senior associate and Mike was a law clerk. Mike and Ted shared a conference room table and one phone in the basement with another associate - and that is where the bond began. In addition to handling liability cases, Ted also handled the workers' compensation caseload for that firm and wrote opinions for the Appeal Board.
