I have been involved in surveying for over 30 years and have worked in both the private and public sectors. I founded Jones Land Surveying in November 2004 to work with private landowners who have boundary issues and concerns. Land surveyors can help to resolve boundary disputes between neighbors by first reviewing all the available evidence both in writing and on the ground and forming a professional opinion as to where the boundary line actually exists. It is well established that "what a boundary is, is a matter of law, where it is located is a matter of fact".
