Founded in 1915, Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) provides a full range of engineering and architectural services to municipal, industrial and private clients. The Rummell Drain was constructed in the late 1960s to provide storm drainage relief to portions of the City of Southfield, Lathrup Village and the Village of Beverly Hills. The Drain services approximately 3,300 acres and is almost 20,500 feet in length. Utilizing computer modeling, HRC completed a study of the Drain in the late 1990s to address. HRC's Civil Engineering team of experienced professionals is well suited and broadly disciplined to provide expertise for key elements in any civil or site development project including site assessment, computerized hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, CAD design, and representation at public and regulatory meetings, necessary for successful site planning and infrastructure design.
HRC was retained by the City of Troy for the development of conceptual and preliminary design plans for the Troy Multi-Modal Transit Facility (MMTF) Project. The facility will serve as an Amtrak station, a SMART Hub Connector, a stop for multiple SMART bus routes as well as taxi/valet service. The facility is proposed to be along the existing. From the illumination of Main Street in the heart of downtown, to lighting power distribution, instrumentation and controls of a municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plant, HRC offers complete Electrical Engineering design services.
The City of Grand Rapids Traffic Safety Department (GRTS), in conjunction with other agency partners in the Grand Region, intends to expand the existing Traffic Management Center (TMC). This project designed the new/expanded TMC space and developed the plans, specifications and estimates (PS & E) package to construct the TMC improvements under a. HRC's Architectural Department's rich history includes the design of municipal, recreational, commercial, and industrial facilities. From interior/exterior renovations and re-roofing to office space layout or the design of new facilities, HRC's well versed and highly qualified staff of professionals offers value and expertise for a wide range of project needs.
