Erpenbeck has extensive knowledge and experience in Land Development and Zoning issues, as well as experience as an expert witness in trial cases. He graduated from University of Kentucky on January 25, 1961, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After working in the Engineering Department for the Kentucky Department Of Transportation, Ray decided to start his own firm.

ECE, Inc. has been providing civil engineering consulting, land surveying, and land planning to public and private clients in Northern Kentucky for over 50 years. Beginning in President Raymond Erpenbeck's basement in 1965, ECE, Inc. has grown into its current 9,000 sf building at the corner of Dixie Highway and Main Street in Elsmere, Kentucky. Our staff consists of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, Engineering and Surveying Interns, CADD Technicians, Field Surveyors, and Administrative Staff.
