Baumann Land Survey, Inc. was founded nearly 40 years ago by Lawrence L. Baumann, PE, PS, in Peoria, Illinois. We moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1991 offering land surveying services to the growing commercial and residential development markets until Larry's retirement in 2006. In 2007, Thomas P. Baumann, PS, became the next generation to continue the family business offering efficient and professional surveying services. Baumann Land Survey, Inc. strives to achieve quick response and turn-around times through the use of highly mobile survey crews.
Construction surveying services at the new Indu & Raj Soin Medical Center in Kettering, Ohio, included layout of portions of the parking area, as well as providing a 3D TIN surface for GPS machine control. 3D TIN surfaces for GPS machine control were created for over 180 acres of grading for new site improvements at an industrial facility in Tennessee. Periodic volume calculations and exhibits were prepared for payment applicaitions. A boundary survey was performed for a proposed 123 acre, 38 lot subdivision in Warren County, Ohio.
Baumann Land Survey, Inc. performed as-built surveys for multiple existing telecomm towers in Hamilton County, Ohio. 3D laser scanning was used in addition to traditional surveying techniques. Baumann Land Survey, Inc. surveyed an existing 7.6 acre hotel site and provided an ALTA/ NSPS Land Title Survey, base mapping and surface model for future development of the site. Baumann Land Survey, Inc. performed an urban ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey of the Deaconess Hospital Campus consisting of over 8 acres and 75 parcels within the Cincinnati neighborhood of Clifton.
