We called DeLong to fix our kitchen sink. Turns out, we did not have a "water turn off valve" under the sink (older house), so he had to turn off water to the whole house to do the job. When he went to leave, he explained that in addition to fixing the sink, he'd installed a "water turn off valve" under the sink for no extra charge so we wouldn't have that same issue in the future. I was SUPER impressed by this! Fine young man did the work, very kind, professional and thorough, would highly recommend!
