Robs Handyman Services recently built a new deck for me which required them to first tear out the old deck, dispose of those materials, and then construct the new one to my specifications. We offer a power washing service and we can clean houses, drives, sidewalks, Decks, Fences. We use cleaners that are environmentally safe and that won't hurt your plants. After we get them clean we can seal them so the weathering is slowed and they look great longer! We offer a Chemical house washing method as well. It is best to not use high pressure on a home as it can get water under siding and cause mold and rot. I can clean you roof, gutters, Siding all types without using a power washer. There are times that a power washer needs to be used but not as often as you would think.

We can change your exterior to give your home a great curb appeal by adding concrete entry way and cover to make a plain front look inviting and bigger! Adding entries and concrete walks also make a home more accessible! We can remove old cracked concrete and pour new or we do resurfacing on concrete that still structurally sound. We can put a textured or printed concrete in also.

No matter if you get water under your home you should have a sump to get the moisture out as quickly as possible. In basement sometimes a sump is necessary to deal with water if the leaks can not be repaired! I can stop lots of leeks with injection of foam and or epoxy. A tip for all Home owners stear clear of any unit that has a switch that is a float on a cord as they fail alot of the time you want it th have a float that rides on a shaft!

Crawl spaces get very hot in the summer which makes it harder on your air conditioner! If you don't have enough insulation this can really hurt your bills! Power Gable fans can cool the space lots and your air conditioner won't have to work as hard! Also they have a humidity setting and the crawls also can get a very high humidity levels! I have seen it rain in them sometimes. That causes lots of problems. Rotting of joists rafters decking Etc. it can make the sheetrock moist and cause the textures to come off!

On your house the roof is the most important thing between you and the elements! A bad leaky roof can do lots of damage. Your roof is one of the most expensive things you could have to change. It is important to making sure you get the best possible roof you can afford. Now days there are many types of roofing that were not available even just a few years ago. Some of the new roofs will save you as your insurance may go down when you use certain types. So a little research is going to pay off in the end!

We do all types of services on plumbing leaking faucets, water heaters, filtration systems! I install water softeners and filtration systems. I use pex on almost everything now it has a life time warranty! It has a 6 times the expansion rate of water and what that means is it won't break if it freezes. The sacrificial anode is a metal rod usually magnesium or aluminum which helps prevent corrosion of the water heaters tank. Electrolysis eats away the anode instead of the tank. If your water heater was built between 1993 and 1996, it might have a defective dip tube.
