Had a leak behind toilet so spoke with Danielle who was very kind and professional in listening to my symptoms related to leak and obtaining my info to set an appointment. She sent over Will "the plumber" and within 30mins leak was fixed, also replaced a worn seal in the tank (that was visibly bad).in conclusion my toilet is as good as new now! Would recommend them to anyone if your looking for professional and speedy service for their home.
The manager Ms. Ruth has terrible customer service! Attempted to resolve issue with owner and she hung up on me! Do not recommend this company. I repeat, I do not recommend this company! Contacted company over 2 weeks ago in regard to replacement of my Kitchen faucet. Representative informed me it would be replaced in 2 days and as of today (2weeks later) it has not been repaired/ replaced. When owner took the call to address issue she immediately informed me that she had payroll to do. Really?!?
I couldn't say enough about this company. I woke up to a leaking hot water heater in my attic. I called Norfolk plumbing and they had mark and Robert out within two hours. We were prepared for the absolute worst only to find out one of my pipes had burst. The guys replaced the pipes within an hour very inexpensively. I would highly recommend them.
