The principal partners, Robert Bascom, Licensed Land Surveyor, and Patrick Benjamin, Licensed Professional Engineer, have a combined experience representing over 70 years of accurate, dependable surveying and engineering in the State of Connecticut. The origins of the firm can be traced back to Robert Bascom's father and grandfather, both Professional Land Surveyors in Connecticut and New York. The companies files contain surveys in Connecticut as far back as the 1960's. Our firm is built on the premise that no project is too large or small for our staff to complete.
Bascom & Benjamin, LLC's project experience extends from the concept phase through construction of the project with direct involvement at all levels. We have been retained to investigate problems involving boundary disputes, historic highways, structures, groundwater and stormwater drainage, sewage disposal, road safety and building code compliance for legal disputes and court testimony. Our office is fully computerized with networked computer workstations with full AUTOCAD capability and the latest state-of-the-art surveying and engineering software.
