Ryan and Faulds has a rich history of providing land surveying servicesthroughout Fairfield County since 1961. We were founded by the lateRichard M. Ryan and Russell G. Faulds in 1961 under the name of RichardM. Ryan, Land Surveyor. It later became Ryan and Faulds, Land Surveyorsand subsequently Ryan and Faulds, LLC. In 1970, we acquired the surveyrecords of the S. W. Hoyt, Jr., Co., Inc., Bryan Associates, C. N. WoodAssociates, and W. B. Ryder Co. substantially increasing our database ofsurvey information, which we use frequently in the preparation of modernsurvey mapping.
