CCA has been providing state-of-the-art civil engineering, land surveying and environmental services to municipalities, industry and the private sector since 1977. The CCA staff includes licensed professional engineers, a registered land surveyor, a licensed environmental professional and lead abatement consultants, certified environmental auditors, a registered landscape architect, and a number of scientists, draftsmen, technicians, and field personnel. Our clients have included the United States Department of Defense, the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, various municipalities, corporations, developers and industries.
The Planning and Landscape Architecture Division of CCA provides complete services to federal, state, local and private clients. CCA's planning and landscape architecture group strives to deliver planning and landscape design solutions that are comprehensive, cost effective, and consistent with strong environmental and social values.
The Environmental Services Division of CCA specializes in cost effective resolution of regulatory compliance issues and general environmental quality concerns. CCA provides high quality service with the intent of satisfying regulatory requirements at minimum cost. Our special combination of experience, technical knowledge, and management skills are used to achieve regulatory acceptance when agency guidelines are inadequate and negotiations are required. An excellent working relationship has been developed between CCA personnel and regulatory agencies at both the State and Federal level.
The Civil Engineering Division of CCA uses engineering principals to produce cost effective designs for a wide spectrum of engineering projects. The process includes the following: feasibility studies, preliminary engineering design, final engineering design, construction specification, on-site inspection and construction management services. By providing quality services to area clients and appearing before local agencies as professionals for over 40 years, CCA has earned a highly regarded reputation for providing complete and professional plans and documents.
