We don't try to be everything to everybody. We keep our costs down by specializing our scope of services and limiting the quantity of projects we take on. This allows us to make every client our most important client. Large subdivision developments or huge commercial construction projects are not for us, but if you are a homeowner in Southern Maine, then we are the survey company for you. For 23 years we have been surveying the beautiful Cumberland and York Counties of Southern Maine.

While we do surveys for homeowners all over York and Cumberland Counties, our specialty is surveying the Islands of Casco Bay, particularly Peaks Island, Cliff Island and the Diamond Islands.
