Ryan managed to fit us in on the same day I contacted him, just before Christmas, after I discovered my heat pump was operating on emergency heat, which resulted in my electric bill being twice as high. He worked in the darkness, in the midst of heavy rain, and carefully inspected everything.
Since our heat pump is old, the necessary parts had to be ordered. As soon as Ryan received the parts, he arrived to install them. Ryan is a very conscientious and hardworking individual who does an excellent job at a reasonably low price. Thank you.
