With our rich history in Chicago interior design and architecture, as well as our work in Harbor Country, Michigan, and throughout the U.S., we don't look at spaces as rooms to be decorated but rather as experiences to be defined. Meaningful design is the ingredient that shifts our awareness of our experiences, our spaces and each other, bringing soul to our everyday. Our work gets to the heart of what makes you you. We believe in sophisticated and personal interior design with an air of surprise-work that doesn't affirm your lifestyle so much as add to it.

At Fredman Design Group, we believe in sharing the uplifting power of design by giving back to our community through our pro bono interior design contributions to Designs 4 Dignity and other charitable causes. In 2000, Fredman Design Group founder, Susan Fredman created Designs for Dignity (D4D), a non-profit organization that transforms the existing spaces of other non-profits through pro bono design services and in-kind donations, allowing them to provide comfortable, supportive and healing physical environments for the populations they serve.

Our focus is first and foremost creating inspiring spaces that improve the lives of our clients. In the process of that goal, we've been recognized by prestigious interior design awards organizations and publications across the country.

As CEO, Terri is a firm believer in design thinking. For her, this is the guiding force behind Fredman Design Group's philosophy for designing spaces with soul. Terri is deeply passionate about architecture and interior design and uncovering thoughtful solutions that enrich the lives of her clients.
