TEK Construction, Inc. was started in 1996 to approach building construction with a focus on keeping costs low and producing a professional, high-quality project for the Owner. TEK utilizes an old-school mindset of having a lean management style while utilizing today's newest technology to maintain an edge on our competition. It is this mindset and attitude that allows TEK to create excellent working relationships with our fellow Owners, Engineers and Construction Managers.
TEK Construction, Inc. was formed in June 1996 by Dean Irwin following 14 years with other Washington, California and Nebraska based construction firms. Dean is a 1980 Engineering graduate from Oregon Institute of Technology. TEK's objective is to provide professionally administered and cost effective construction services to private clients as well as state and federal government agencies. In addition, TEK provides consultation on: design, constructability and construction methods, cost estimating, project scheduling and safety.
