In 1998 JL Construction(JLC) began operating under Contractor's License #761270 and our experience as general contractors stretches back to 1981. JLC focuses on public and private projects, and as a General Contractor the company has built business and industrial complexes, retail space, hotels, multi-unit residential units, school facilities, civic and government buildings, and design-build projects. We have also completed projects for seismic and historical renovation. Our team's extensive public works project experience has led to completion of more than $40 million worth of education projects for public entities over the past three years.

Benton Veterans Village is an innovative rehabilitation of an existing 1940's firehouse in Santa Rosa to create six new apartments for chronically homeless veterans. The design is compatible with the appearance of the older firehouse. The development is a combination of new construction, comprised of 6 one-bedroom units in a two-story, 3-over-3-unit apartment building and rehabilitation of the firehouse. Benton Veterans Village will provide safe and affordable, service-rich housing to chronically homeless veterans in a setting of security and independence within downtown Santa Rosa.

Jeff Luchetti launched Jeff Luchetti Construction, Inc. in 1998. After graduating from Cal Poly in 1981 with a degree in Construction Management, Jeff went to work for a large North Bay construction firm. He began as an Estimator, worked his way to Project Manager and when he left 17 years later to start his own firm, he was Vice President of Operations. JL Modular (JLM) specializes in both permanent and relocatable modular building projects throughout California. Our permanent modular construction techniques combine the form and function of traditional site-built construction with the speed and cost efficiency of the modular construction process. JL Modular's high-quality construction has a life span that far surpasses the typical modular construction the industry has to offer. JL Modular's design-build experience, project management, and dedicated professionalism show in every modular building we construct.

One of three restaurants on the grounds of the Carneros Inn, the FARM restaurant offers fine dining in an elegant dining room featuring fireplaces, dramatic lighting, and a cathedral ceiling. There is also an alfresco lounge area that offers a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your beverages with outdoor fireplaces and living room-style seating and adjacent bocce ball courts. Reflecting the wine country location, there is custom wine storage and displays throughout the bar. Piatti Mill Valley was a high-end Italian restaurant with a million dollar view, but an aging building and crumbling infrastructure.

JL Modular, Inc. builds its 3-Dimensional and componentized buildings in our 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art modular manufacturing facility in Windsor, CA. All JL Modular projects are custom built to the client's or the project's specifications. Located adjacent to Highway 101, the facility allows for shipment of finished modular projects via tractor trailer to construction sites throughout California. At the facility a team of construction professionals work on carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and metal-stud framing.
