Alten Construction was established in 1995 by Bob and Shannon Alten with the dream of creating a cohesive construction team that works together to create amazing structures. By placing our clients' needs first, we have grown from a small public works company to a thriving general contractor with more than 100 employees and more than $75 million in annual revenue.

Alten Construction works directly with the best suppliers in the business, and gives our trade contractors the freedom to coordinate the purchase and delivery of building materials required in alignment with project specifications and plans. In some instances, capital equipment and special order items must be identified, ordered and coordinated long before the trade that installs them is selected. In these cases, Alten Construction ensures that these critical pieces are ordered and arrive at the proper time for installation.

We perform general contracting services under several types of contracts, including lump sum, guaranteed maximum price and lease-leaseback. We're more than just a general contractor. We're also a builder. We have the ability to self-perform many critical parts of the finished construction, including demolition, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry.
