R&O Construction commercial construction company founded. First projects were Smith's grocery store remodels and our portfolio grew to seven projects. R&O's project portfolio expands to include not only grocery stores, but to banks, hotels and fuel stations. Our construction region adds projects in Utah, Wyoming, Nevada and Colorado. R&O adds more retail store construction and broadens its projects to retirement centers, office buildings, museums, fire stations, municipal buildings and churches.
