Tarlton has been providing expert concrete design, construction, repair and restoration services since 1946. Our experience reflects an ideal mix of concrete know-how and broad-based understanding. Because we build and manage diverse projects up to $150 million, we are experienced in dealing with every conceivable construction challenge. Our Concrete Restoration team delivers efficient solutions to execute high-quality projects safely, on time and on budget. For parking garage owners or managers, maintenance is critical in extending the longevity of the structure and producing cost savings over the long term.

The industry professionals of Tarlton's Preconstruction Services and Estimating team provide our clients with vital information for making sound project decisions. Their knowledge gives us the range to work with clients in the very early pre-design stages of a project and also to evaluate bids from subcontractors prior to the start of construction.
