Let me start this review by saying, I could have easily been a one star review. However, thanks to the owner, Dennis, I will be a return customer for all of my years and I will tell anyone who needs a plumber about Culler! Culler came out to repair my sump pump and I ended up with an inch of water in my basement. Dennis came to my house as soon as he could to sort out the situation. I had a worse case scenario happen in my basement and Dennis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us! Taking appropriate action with his employees, insurance company, and us as homeowners. Owners of businesses never want a less than satisfactory result, but sometimes it does happen. I think that you can tell a lot about a business by how they handle a bad situation and Dennis and his team went out of their way to handle it! Great job Culler Plumbing! I highly recommend them.

I called last night, the lady who answered was SUPER nice! She called me back to let me know the tech may be a few minutes behind because he wanted to grab some equipment....he was still early. Jacob was our tech, he had EXCELLENT customer service! He was very nice even at 3am! He gave me tips and advice, and was very honest and upfront. My husband is on midnights and I was alone with my daughter. He immediately made me feel comfortable, he even offered to clean up the water mess! I was out of bleach from issues so he wasn't able to. I will definitely be referring your business going forward because of the amazing customer service I received. Thank you so much!
