Established in 1980, Shingobee Builders began as a general contractor but soon recognized the need for real estate capabilities to help our clients who were in need of a full range of real estate and construction services. Our goal: help achieve your goals. From identifying sites to completion of construction we will coordinate the entire process. Our real estate team has over 25 years of experience bringing clients' dreams to fruition. From retail centers, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, and build-to-suit projects, we have helped many businesses, developers, and owners as we manage the process of developing a property and growing a business.

Shingobee's wide variety of restaurant projects makes us uniquely qualified for any restaurant construction project. From new construction to tenant build-outs and remodels, and for a variety of clients from fast casual such as McDonald's and Noodles to larger projects like Bonefish Grill in the Shops at West End, we've done it all. 5,500 square feet freestanding building. Additional restaurants have been built for Applebee's in West St. Paul, Monticello, and Delano, ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 6,200 square feet.

Projects have included fuel stations, full-service convenience stores, attached and free-standing car washes, and automotive service facilities. Shingobee has provided construction services for Holiday Stationstores in over 100 locations, including new construction, additions, and remodels.
