Our roots began in South Omaha when Bob Eyman launched Eyman Plumbing in 1957. With his son Bob Jr. and then his three sons -Tom, Tim and Terry — the business was built based on hard work and fair prices. The customer base has grown ever since with a loyalty earned by a family-run business. We use two primary methods to clean your pipes - cable cleaning (also known as "snaking") and hydrojetting (or jet cleaning). Cable cleaning is best for general maintenance. If you have simple repairs or just need routine upkeep, cable cleaning may be the best option.

Eyman's plumbing construction department works on new construction and remodels. They look at blueprints, bid on contracts, manage projects and ensure communication between them and the owners, architects or engineers. Every so often, no blueprint is supplied, so Eyman staff go to the job site, look it over and recommend what's needed. They also do service calls if you need something fixed or adjusted. Additionally, if it is a bigger project - replace pipes or change things out - the team handles those.

At EYMAN, we design and install home comfort and heating systems with energy efficiencies as high as 95%. Your water heater has a keen sense for the least convenient time to malfunction. When [yes, when-not if] it does, The Big Red Truck can be there quickly to set things right. If your water is giving off a sulfuric [rotten egg] or garlic odor, or if your water runs rust-colored, it's likely that your sacrificial anode rod is no longer effective. Briefly, your sacrificial anode rod "sacrifices" itself to the corrosion that is normal over time. It's made up of magnesium or aluminum around a steel core.

Eyman replaces old boilers with new ones, but often can retain the old system so radiators stay in place.
