I left them a voicemail on a Sunday and they called me first thing Monday morning, had a technician out before noon, and had my AC up and running in less than an hour. Good, professional service at every turn. Happy to recommend them.

Terrible! We are in a covid-19 pandemic and the owner wants to keep making people work so he can keep profiting over human life! This is why the pandemic keep spreading!! Stay home! Government already told you they would pay wages of employees so why make them risk their lives over an hourly wage?? Rich people don’t care about human life only about their next dollar.

10/10, these guys are awesome!
They're always top-notch and very friendly whenever we've need to use them for their services. Their prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time to get a technician scheduled to come out has always been very quick.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We have a service contract for the air conditioning and heat for maintenance and tuneup. I switched companies because I heard their advertisement. I tried them and they found a problem that my other HVAC company had not found. I first used them in 2012 but then they came back until 2014 and found a real problem with the furnace. They actually saved us about $5000 that day. We had a real problem with our furnace. They went the extra mile and found out we had a 10 year warranty on our furnace and called the manufacturer of the furnace and then told us who we needed to contact to get the warranty work done. Then came back out after that other company did the work to verify the warranty work was done correctly. And didn't charge us for the extra visit. I would highly recommend them.

Called after hours and they came out within an hour and had it fixed in less than an hour. Found the issue and checked out the unit. Only company that responded after hours.

Service call for air conditioner/furnace that was just installed. There was a bad dampener and the previous control board for our zoned system was bad. I am not sure why this was not detected when the system was installed less than two months ago.

Came home from vacation on a Sunday evening and the furnace wasn't working right. Called and left a message, and Monday afternoon a tech was out for repair. Less than $100 later our furnace was back up and running! We can always count on a Bogatz to be prompt and honest about the repairs needed to our unit. Highly recommended!

AC was no longer keeping house cool. They responded next day. Service tech (Jeff) was professional and very knowledgeable. He examined entire system, identified the problem, and fixed it. I didn't have to replace any major components. House was cool. Wife was happy!
