That means that every employee that works on your project is an owner of the company, from your Project Manager and Architect to your Estimator and Foreman, you are always working with an owner.

Every Keller-built structure comes with a guarantee of materials and craftsmanship for a specified period of time following completion. But that doesn't mean we wash our hands of responsibility if something were to occur after the guarantee period. That's not good for the customer and it isn't good for our business. Keller believes that standing behind the final product means working with the customer to resolve the issue to everyone's satisfaction. With any construction firm, the benchmark of success has to be its level of customer satisfaction.

One measure of a construction company's dedication is the strength of its job-site safety efforts. At Keller, we've made safety a top priority and our efforts have more than paid off. Our efforts at accident prevention start at the highest levels of business management. The comprehensive set of safety guidelines we've developed trains every Keller employee in practices and procedures that protect from injury. These efforts have more than paid off, and reflect in the 2019 Workers Compensation Modification (Mod) factor of 0.59, our 2018 S.T.E.P Award and Gold Safety Award presented to us by Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin in February of 2019.
