Such a good experience with Thomas Curley Plumbing. The actual service and the customer service. The people there and the installers are very nice. I am so happy to recommend them to everyone. We had been using a previous company that was so difficult to speak with. We would have to wait approximately 25 minutes each time we would call, and it was to a call center. Our hot water heater broke a few days ago. Another company came to service it. They did not have the part with them. They told us to call the next day to see how long it would take to get the part in. We had to call three times. Each time waiting the 25 minutes on the phone to get a person. They left us with they were not sure when they could get the part we needed. We asked about a new hot water heater and they weren't sure when they could have that in either. We called Thomas Curley and in a little over 12 hours later, our new hot water heater was installed. The installation guys couldn't be nicer and the lady on the phone was so nice to talk with. I highly recommend this company.
