The South Bend office has completed construction of a 225,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building consisting of an 8' high split face masonry faade and insulated metal panels above. The building features interior elevations of 36' and column spacing at 50' x 50' and was designed to accommodate 1-4 future tenants.
