Autumn Construction Services

Autumn Construction Services, Inc. was established in 1995 to provide Mechanical Systems Expertise, Program Management and Project Management to owners and other construction related firms for their construction projects and programs. Today, we continue to provide professional services including Owner's Representation, Construction Project Management and Commissioning services to clients in the Chicago and central Illinois area. Additionally, Autumn's Mechanical Division provides full-service Mechanical Contracting, HVAC Service, and Industrial Refrigeration Sales and Service to our commercial and municipal clients.

Autumn served as a mechanical contractor during the construction of the Multi-Modal Facility - Consolidated Rental Car (CONRAC) Facility at O'Hare International Airport. Our work scope included purchase and setting boilers, air handling units, cooling towers, and pumps. Autumn also installed over 45 miles (250,000 ft) of underfloor radiant tubing throughout the structure to prevent ice forming, to keep driveways clear, and to melt any snow plowed from the roof. This new 3 million sq. Autumn served as the mechanical contractor responsible for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) M-2 Maintenance Facility renovation and building expansion.
