If Emergent is a fit, one of our expert project managers or CEO will connect with you directly on project scope, timeline, and budget. At this stage, a combination of our CEO, project manager, architect, and in-house designer will guide you through the construction process and determine cost estimates for work to be completed by our carpentry team and trusted subcontractors. Here, we require a retainer to cover management and design costs based upon the project proposal. Once we agree upon the project proposal, we will invite you to an in-person meeting with our design and construction teams at the Emergent office.
