Our company began in 2010 when owner and president, Jeff Frostholm, returned to his home area of coastal Alabama after graduating from Auburn University with a building science degree and investing years of growing his building expertise in Atlanta at commercial contractor Beers/Skanska and Harcrest Homes, America's best building company in 2001 and 2009 Atlanta home builder of the year.

Our Showcase Home in 2017 Baldwin County Home Builders Association Parade of Homes was a collection location for gifts and donations that BCHBA donated to CARE House, a child advocacy center that provides for child abuse victims. We are proud to have the Showcase Home in the 2017 Baldwin County Home Builders Association Parade of Homes location in the beautiful Pointe Place Subdivision. This classic southern cottage with historical features is a collaboration between Home Builder Jeff Frostholm and Custom Home Designer Bob Chatham.
